Location

The wedding events will take place at the all-inclusive resort Hotel Xcaret Mexico in Riviera Maya, Cancun, Mexico.

Xcaret is an all-inclusive resort with multiple theme parks that encompass a variety of activities for visitors to enjoy, which are all included in the price.

Here you can explore underground rivers, ziplining, catamaran, snorkel with the fishes (Laura’s favorite), observe wildlife, and learn about Mayan culture and history. The property features over 50 attractions including tropical forests, archaeological sites, and theme parks like Xel-Ha and Xplor, each offering their own distinct experiences.

Xcaret also emphasizes environmental conservation and preservation, making it an ideal destination for those who appreciate nature and sustainable tourism. It is located about 75 kilometers (47 miles) south of Cancun and 6.5 kilometers (4 miles) south of Playa del Carmen along Highway 307.

Hotel must be booked using our room block

Our room block requires guests to stay a minimum of 3 nights, but you are welcome to extend your stay before and/or after the wedding at the same room block rate if you wish to make it a longer trip. There is a limit of up to 3 adults per room. Finally, please know that transportation to and from the hotel for arrival and departure days is also included.

Please feel free to arrive any day that works best for you and your family, and we encourage you to enjoy at your leisure all of the amenities and parks that the resort has to offer!

Thursday, October 16th 

  • 6:30PM - 7:30PM Cocktail hour for all guests

  • 7:30PM - 9:00PM Rehearsal dinner for Wedding Party

  • 9:00PM - 11:00PM Drinks at the main bar at your leisure

Friday, October 17th

  • 10:00AM - 3:00PM Xcaret Xplor group outing with all guests

    • Snorkeling in caves, ATV rides, Ziplining, and Lunch

    • *Note: If you are not looking to participate, please let us know

  • 6:00PM - 9:00PM Sunset Boat for light dinner and drinks

    • *Note: If you can’t make it, please let us know to consider headcount

Saturday, October 18th

  • 5:00PM Wedding Ceremony at Caleta Fuego

  • 6:00PM Cocktails at Cuevas Kayak

  • 7:00PM - 11:00PM Reception - Dinner and Dancing at Cuevas Kayak

  • 11:00PM - 3:00AM Bar

Sunday, October 19th

  • Departure, or feel free to extend your stay!
